BTCme.click Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the BTCme.click web app and the Android app click.btcme.wallet ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Non-custodial wallet

BTCme.click is a non-custodial Bitcoin wallet. You alone hold and control your seed phrase, private keys, and any optional passphrase. We never store or have access to them. We cannot recover, freeze, reverse, or refund transactions.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws (AML, sanctions, tax, securities).

3. Fees

On-chain service fee. A service fee (currently 0.1% of the send amount, with a minimum equivalent to ~$1) is paid to the BTCme.click operator as an additional output on each on-chain send.
Network (miner) fees. Paid separately to Bitcoin miners.
Satoshi AI subscription. After 5 free messages, continued use of Satoshi (the in-app AI concierge) requires a subscription ($4.99/month, $9.99 for 3 months, or $19.99/year). Card payments are processed by Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from the customer portal.

4. No financial advice

Nothing in the Service is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Bitcoin is volatile; you can lose 100% of what you send. All on-chain transactions are irreversible.

5. Your responsibilities

Back up and protect your seed phrase. Losing it means losing your funds.
Verify every recipient address character-by-character before sending.
Do a small test send first for new addresses or large amounts.
Do not share your seed phrase with anyone — support will never ask for it.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service for illegal activity, sanctioned transactions, money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or any purpose prohibited by law. We may block access where required.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (mempool.space, Stripe, NWC providers you connect, Bitcoin nodes, Google Play). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTCme.click and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or Bitcoin, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BTCme.click and its operators from any claim arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. You can stop using the Service at any time. Non-custodial funds remain yours as long as you retain your seed phrase.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction where not preempted by mandatory consumer-protection law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
