We're here to help with the BTCme.click web app and the Android app click.btcme.wallet. Because BTCme.click is a non-custodial wallet, there are some things we can and cannot do — please read below before contacting us.

Before you email
Please include:
- The email address on your account (if you have one).
- Which app you're using (web at btcme.click or Android
click.btcme.wallet) and its version. - A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- Screenshots if relevant.
- For payment issues: the last 4 digits of the card or the Stripe receipt ID — never your full card number.
Never share your seed phrase, private key, or passphrase. Support will never ask for them. Anyone who does is trying to steal your Bitcoin.
Common questions
I lost my seed phrase — can you restore my wallet?
No. BTCme.click is non-custodial: we never see, store, or have access to your seed phrase or keys. If the seed phrase is lost, the funds cannot be recovered by us or anyone else. Always back up your seed phrase before funding a wallet.
I sent Bitcoin to the wrong address.
On-chain Bitcoin transactions are irreversible. We cannot cancel, reverse, or refund a sent transaction. If you know the recipient, contact them directly.
My transaction is stuck / unconfirmed.
Confirmation time depends on the network fee you paid and current mempool congestion. You can track the transaction on mempool.space. If it's been many hours, the app supports fee-bumping (RBF/CPFP) where available.
Managing your Satoshi AI subscription
Cancel or change your Satoshi AI plan any time from the Billing page — click Manage subscription to open the Stripe customer portal. Charges already billed are non-refundable, but cancelling stops future renewals immediately. For anything unusual, email billing@btcme.click with your receipt.
Delete my account & data
You can request account deletion at support@btcme.click. We'll delete your account, profile, and associated records within 30 days. Non-custodial wallet keys are stored only on your device and are removed by uninstalling the app or clearing storage.
Reporting abuse or a security issue
To report a scam profile, phishing, or a vulnerability, email abuse@btcme.click. For security disclosures, please give us a reasonable window to fix the issue before public disclosure.
Google Play users
For issues specific to the Android app click.btcme.wallet, include your device model, Android version, and app version (Settings → About). Play Store billing questions can also be raised via Google Play's in-app "Report" flow.
